exceed your expectations. On all oversize prints, we will provide free color tests and proofs, at your request, prior to printing
so you can be assured the image will look great! On smaller print jobs, there is a nominal charge for proofs.
Our equipment and materials are the best in the industry. Our technicians and customer service representatives
are highly experienced imaging specialists. That's why we want you to be satisfied - if your not, let us know and we will
make it right!

Do you offer rush service?
Yes, our normal service times are industry leading but if you need it faster just ask. We will do everything
possible to meet your needs.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we consider the job size when we you request a custom quote for your project. Additionally, if you or your company consistently
does high volumes with us we will create a discount policy that takes this in consideration.
What is your policy regarding my email address and personal information?
We will never release your email address or any other information to any third party.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Foto 1 accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Tradeshow equipment and any order over
$500 require a 50% deposit in order to begin production. Clients with approved credit applications and whose accounts
are in good standing, can be billed with 30 day credit terms.
What is the difference between "Consumer Online Ordering" and ordering through "FTP File Upload"?
Consumer Online Ordering is a full featured online print ordering system. Through this system you can order
economical, Foto 1 quality standard size prints. Additionally, you can store images, crop and color correct images.
There is also an extensive selection of greeting card templates available.
Our FTP file upload is available for sending us files for products other than standard size prints. This includes
prints that will be mounted or laminated, slide imaging, vinyl and fabric banners, direct print to substrate, graphic design,
retouching and print restoration.
What types of shipping do you use and what are the costs?
Foto 1 ships using UPS. Other shipping companies can be used upon client request.
When shipping items, we will bill you for the shipping costs and any additional packaging costs necessary
in order to insure the items arrive undamaged. Unless requested otherwise, we will automatically include insurance
on the packages. When you receive a package, please inspect it for damage prior to signing for it. If you see signs of damage
have the driver note this or refuse the package. Contact us immediately to discuss replacement of your products.
In addition, Foto 1 has it's own delivery service available to clients in southeastern Michgian. The charge for this service
depends on distance and size of order. Check with customer service for more information.
Do you back up customer orders?
Foto 1 backs up orders for larger jobs on a daily basis. Unfortunately, with the amount of data we process no backup system is fool proof.
So if you want to insure the safety of your files, please request that we write a CD or DVD of your work. You should store this in
a safe place. You can request that we search our backup tapes for old files. Contact customer service for a quote on this service.
