FTP file upload

Step 1: Fill in the contact information. Don't forget your name, your company's name, and a daytime business phone number.

Step 2: Click the "Browse" button to find files on your local drives. One file may be attached per upload slot. If you have more than ten files to upload, first submit a batch of ten files, then submit another batch when the previous batch has finished uploading.

Step 3: Write a description of the work you want done. Be as specific as possible. Please specifiy due times and delivery/shipping instructions. If you feel your instructions are too complex to easily convey in writing, please feel free to call and speak with a customer serivce representative at 734.665.3686 during regular business hours or fax us a diagram at 734.665.3856.

Step 4: When you have finished all of the above steps, click the "Submit" button. Your file will begin uploading and your information will be sent to Foto 1 where we will begin processing your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your upload, and a followup e-mail detailing your order, completion date, and estimated total cost. Remember that orders uploaded after regular business hours will be processed the next business day unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you think you might need to upload files that need immediate attention after business hours, call 734.665.3686 and speak with a customer service representative.

Caution: Caution! Be sure not to exit your browser application or shut off your computer until your files have completely uploaded. Upload times will vary according to your connection speed, so be patient and make sure the files upload completely before exiting your browser.
